Personality.
Bay Area's Stinson Beach native living in Oakland, Kidhack, AKA Pool Simon, AKA DJ Damn, AK DJ Poncho, weaves a unique aural experience, threading colorful styles together with years of experience into an expansive dance floor journey. Roots in early electronica, a rave promoter in the 90’s, previous pirate radio owner and manager, Kidhack brings together an eclectic knowledge of music backed by the beloved bass sounds of disco, hip hop, and house. Known for his late night extended sets lasting well over 3 hours, Kidhack brings an everlasting energy to a non stop dance floor kissed by the morning sun.
Collective.
Kidhack teamed up with Mario Muse to create Future Universal, a San Francisco based collective of DJs and electronica artists. Featuring DJs from all over the world, Future Universal hosts and co-hosts some of San Francisco’s largest dance events. Past endeavors include Electropolis, Future, Super Ego, Pop Roxx, Party Line, Bootie, and the Cal Academy of Science: Nightlife.
